Annual Fund FAQ

Anyone can give to the Sparhawk Annual Fund. Parents and grandparents, alumni, staff and current students and friends all make contributions. Some donors may also choose to give in honor or memory of a particular person.

You are donating directly to the Sparhawk School PTO Annual Fund. The PTO evaluates needs of Sparhawk School on a rolling basis and fundraises accordingly.

Sparhawk School strives to keep tuition rates in check on an annual basis, covering its innovative programs, operating costs, salaries and scholarships. To support unique capital improvements, further enable teacher impact and strengthen family-community connections, Sparhawk relies on philanthropic support.

There is no expectation of giving, rather an acknowledgement of your generosity. Sparhawk is a small school, by design, with a big heart. All donations, regardless of size benefit the school greatly. Sparhawk PTO will invest your donation wisely to create the largest impact.

You may chose to give to the Annual Fund with a sustaining gift every month, quarter or each year. The Sparhawk PTO will be happy to establish this for you. Please reach out to ptosparhawk@gmail.com

The Sparhawk School PTO is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Please speak with your financial professional for guidance on your philanthropic generosity and the potential tax benefit you can expect from your donation. Should you find that you are eligible, upon giving, you will receive a notification that can serve as your tax-deductible receipt. Please note that our tax ID number is 04-3493750.
